1. Seller information

The product is access to the digital online game Echo of Ice, playable in a web browser. No physical delivery is provided.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
Supported methods: credit/debit cards and other methods available in Stripe.
Prices are listed in [USD].

4. Service delivery

Access to the game is activated immediately after the payment is confirmed.

5. Right of withdrawal

By purchasing access to a digital game, the User agrees to immediate performance of the service and thus loses the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

6. Complaints

In case of technical issues or errors, please contact: echoofice.com@gmail.com. Complaints will be handled within 14 days.

7. Liability

The seller is not liable for interruptions in access to the game caused by force majeure or technical issues beyond their control.

8. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any matters not regulated herein are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code.
